Pastors Javier & Renee Aleman
Together, they Pastor Mt.Victory Church. Fulfilling the vision and calling God has placed on their family and ministry.
They are parents of their oldest son, Jacob, who creatively directs all aspects of the church’s media with his wife Hailey. And their two younger daughters, Jessica and Christina, who serve throughout the Helps Ministry and Youth Ministry.
Javier and Renee, who were highschool sweethearts, have been married for over 26 years. During their 26+ years of marriage, they have served faithfully to Mt.Victory Church. Before Javier and Renee began to co-pastor Mt.Victory Church, Javier’s mother, Kay Aleman, boldly Pastored and mentored them into the strong and courageous leaders they are today. Javier and Renee were ordained in 2016, one year before their Pastor Kay went home to the Lord.
Javier first served as a Sunday School teacher, which is where he discovered his spiritual gift of teaching the Word. Then he continued into serving as Mt.Victory’s Youth Leader for over 8 years. While serving as a teacher in the church, he was also vigilantly praying and protecting the body by serving as a Decan to the church for about 6 years. While teaching was a gift he discovered early on in his faith-walk, he also flows in the gift of worship as a bass player. When he is not teaching, he enjoys playing bass with his brothers while leading the church in worship.
Renee served for many years alongside her mother-in-law, Pastor Kay, as her assistant, church secretary, and a Sunday school teacher. She later became the church Administrator and Treasurer. Today she joyfully leads Mt.Victory Church’s women’s ministry, Virtuous Women. She enjoys traveling throughout Michigan as a guest minister and reaching souls online.
Today, both Pastors Javier and Renee are certified ministers and are in good standing with Mark Barclay Ministries and the world-class Righteous Preacher’s Network.
